Booking Policy

Welcome to SKN Beauty Centre.

We understand that schedules can change due to work, family, and personal commitments, sometimes at short notice. To ensure you receive the best possible experience at your preferred time, scheduling an appointment reserves these resources exclusively for you, making them unavailable to others.

We value the time of both our clients and staff highly, which is why we have implemented the following policies. These policies help us manage and reserve our resources efficiently for our valued clients. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are specifically reserved for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For first-time clients, a $25.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your treatment’s total cost. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking, or the appointment slot may be released. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours before your appointment. We value your patronage and ask for your adherence to our scheduling guidelines.

Notifications for cancellations or rescheduling must be given during regular business hours. Please note, Sundays are not considered business days and cannot be included in the 24-hour notice period. Cancellations or rescheduling requests left via voicemail will only be acknowledged if confirmed by an SKN Beauty Centre staff member via phone, email, or in person.

Important: Deposits are required before any rebooking can be processed.


Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, being more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule to another day. For first-time clients who arrive late or miss their appointment, an additional $25.00 deposit will be required for rescheduling, which will be applied to your treatment cost. Repeat late cancellations will require another non-refundable $25.00 deposit, also applied towards your treatment.


Missed Appointments

Clients missing more than one appointment without prior notice will need to prepay in full for their next appointment. Once the prepaid appointment is completed, the client’s account will revert to regular status.


Returns & Refunds for Packages/Memberships

All sales are final. If a medical condition contraindicates the treatment, SKN Beauty Centre may request a doctor’s note or require Head Office approval for package cancellation. Without a doctor’s note, package cancellation requests may be declined. For used or opened products, a 20% restocking fee applies.


Promotional Offers

Our promotional offers, featured on our website or in our marketing materials, are available to both new and existing clients. However, they are limited to one-time use per promotion, per client, and are applicable only for treatments that the client has not previously received at SKN Beauty Centre. This policy ensures that all our clients have the opportunity to experience a variety of our beauty treatments at promotional rates. We encourage you to explore these offers and discover new ways to enhance your beauty and well-being with us.
